10-Month Academic Year
Instill Academy operates on a 10-month academic calendar from August through May.
One-Time Fees
- Enrollment / Registration Fee: 300 (non-refundable).
- Materials Fee: TBD.
- Uniform fee: (add final amount when set).
Tuition Fee
- Monthly tuition (August–May): 1,200 per month.
- Annual tuition: 12,000 per year.
- Discount: 5% discount for full upfront payment.
Tuition includes:
- Full-day academic program.
- Small-group instruction.
- Core academic subjects.
- Progress monitoring and assessments.
- Parent–teacher conferences.
- Middle school readiness focus.
Extended Care (Optional)
- Morning Care (6:00–8:30 AM): TBD per month.
- Afternoon Care (3:00–6:00 PM): TBD per month.
- Both Morning and Afternoon Care: TBD per month.
Academic Support Add-Ons (Optional)
- Targeted small-group intervention: 100–200 per month.
- One-on-one academic support during school hours: 40–60 per session.
North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship
Instill Academy is in the process of becoming an approved Direct Payment School for the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship. This program is a state-funded school choice scholarship that helps families pay for private school tuition.
Scholarship Overview
- Available for students in grades K–12 living in North Carolina.
- Open to families of all income levels.
- Award amounts typically range from 3,000–7,000 per year.
- Funds are applied directly to tuition once Instill Academy receives Direct Payment School approval.
Families may apply awarded funds toward tuition once Instill Academy is fully approved in the program.
